Common questions
Can patients still call us normally?
Yes. Your phone number works exactly as before — the AI simply answers when your staff can't. Complex calls are transferred to a person at the clinic.
Do patients need to install anything?
No. Patients book through Telegram — already on their phones — by a normal phone call, or on your website.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan and keep working — everything set up during the trial stays. There are no automatic charges: we don't have your card.
How does SMS and minute overage work?
Like a phone plan: each plan includes a monthly allowance (300 SMS, and on Pro 300 voice minutes). If you go over, the extra is billed per unit at the end of the month.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month — cancel whenever you like, and your data remains yours.
